Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Michael Nelson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cod Tout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond Gilding, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Noorlah's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Byrne Stanton fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 14th minute, Navarro Crawford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Byrne Stanton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michael Nelson took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cod Tout. Cod Tout dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Brookes Cookesley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Noorlah's Nicholas Greenan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brookes Cookesley in the 36th minute of play. Noorlah's Raymond Gilding got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Steve Brooks hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bindle's zone, Raymond Gilding stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cod Tout came out of the goal and Raymond Gilding tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Steve Brooks hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brookes Cookesley was the one to do the kick off. Rex Smoothey's late challenge caught a Bindle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rex Smoothey helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Noorlah's Rex Smoothey got a free kick in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Noorlah's goal looked a bit too open when Brookes Cookesley came free, but Nicholas Greenan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brookes Cookesley in the 55th minute of play forced Noorlah's goalkeeper Nicholas Greenan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raymond Gilding could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Cod Tout made a huge save. Nicholas Greenan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brookes Cookesley in the 60th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Noorlah got a freekick which was hit by Gregg Sylvester. Steve Brooks hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Brookes Cookesley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicholas Greenan was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Nicholas Greenan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Byrne Stanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Raymond Gilding struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Cod Tout didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Noorlah. 86 minutes into the match, Bindle's goalkeeper Cod Tout had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raymond Gilding. In the 89th minute, Byrne Stanton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bindle's Cod Tout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Bindle from getting a goal against them. Nicholas Greenan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Byrne Stanton in the 96th minute of play.
