Bruce Pinkerton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Britton Flesfadar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Bruce Pinkerton skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Larry Hinwood in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruce Pinkerton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Britton Flesfadar got free with Bruce Pinkerton in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute James See shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berkeley Howard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Britton Flesfadar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Britton Flesfadars short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Bruce Pinkerton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 45th minute, munben's Larry Hinwood ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruce Pinkerton. Bruce Pinkerton yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Larry Hinwood made a kick off. Bruce Pinkerton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Britton Flesfadar, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Mark Soekirno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berkeley Howard. munben's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mark Soekirno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Larry Hinwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. munben's Larry Hinwood got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruce Pinkerton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Britton Flesfadar in the 86th minute of play. Mark Soekirno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Berkeley Howard made a huge save. Larry Hinwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Pinkerton having to interfere. After some careless play in the Hyrule Warriors defense, Larry Hinwood kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruce Pinkerton. The Hyrule Warriors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruce Pinkerton should have stopped the shot.
