Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Barmundu's Bo Butterworth started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rex Gilding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Mack Barry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bo Butterworth came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Barmundu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Butterworth couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Glengower's Eavan Vaisey got control of the ball when Bo Butterworth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Barmundu's Mack Barry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Cookesley in the 12th minute of play. Bo Butterworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eavan Vaisey having to interfere. Glengower's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Elliot See scored to the left of an out of position Eavan Vaisey, making the score, 1-0. Bo Butterworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 36 played minutes Barmundu got a freekick which was hit by Jeffers Collings. John Cookesley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mack Barry read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Matthews Baxter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glengower's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barmundu the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elliot See got free with Eavan Vaisey in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
The wind increased when John Cookesley made the kick off in the second half. After recieving a nice pass, Barmundu's Jeffers Collings tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Bo Butterworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bo Butterworth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eavan Vaisey having to make a save. 62 minutes into the match, Elliot See notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Glengower's Eavan Vaisey. Eavan Vaisey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Bo Butterworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo Butterworth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eavan Vaisey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Butterworth in the 80th minute of play. When Rex Gilding came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Glengower fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rex Gilding couldn't finish the play.
