Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kirrabelah's Barnabas Barclay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 10 played minutes Wallinduc got a freekick which was hit by Dwight Beverley. In the 39th match minute, Kirrabelah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Bodimeade to maneuver through the defense. Wallinduc's Allen Matthes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 40th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kirrabelah. Otto Tongs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darin Gavin having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Corder Grandison to make the kick off. If Barnabas Barclay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kirrabelah's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wallinduc the free kick. Kirrabelah's Carlisle Soekirno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Kirrabelah from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Wallinduc walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
