Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) Biggs Voller made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobie Hodgson during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tobie Hodgson kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 7th minute Rudolph Coleman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edison Mccartan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Kent Fazey came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Millicent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kent Fazey couldn't finish the play. Bruce Hogan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Boserio, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Bruce Hogan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Boserio in the 16th minute of the match. If Biggs Voller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Millicent's goalkeeper Bruce Hogan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paul Boserio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Hogan having to interfere. Bruce Hogan came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Litchfield's Biggs Voller. But to his dismay, Biggs Voller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Paul Boserio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Millicent's Bruce Hogan. Bruce Hogan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bruce Hogan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paul Boserio went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Paul Boserio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Hogan having to interfere. Millicent's Bruce Hogan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Boserio in the 39th minute of play. When Paul Boserio came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Litchfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Boserio couldn't finish the play. If Paul Boserio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Paul Boserio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Hogan having to interfere. Edison Mccartan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Fazey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Litchfield defense, Rudolph Coleman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edison Mccartan. The Litchfield fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edison Mccartan should have stopped the shot. 57 minutes into the match, Millicent's Kent Fazey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edison Mccartan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Biggs Voller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Hogan having to interfere. After 69 played minutes Millicent got a freekick which was hit by Darren Wenham. Hans Keam hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. If Rudolph Coleman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 83rd minute, Biggs Voller fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 84th minute Dale Pickhills shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruce Hogan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Biggs Voller in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruce Hogan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paul Boserio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Bruce Hogan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kent Fazey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Litchfield left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Millicent.
