Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Martyon Pearman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ned Bowen's late challenge caught a Bunjil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ned Bowen helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Undera's Rich Cameron got control of the ball when Michael Tucknott tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute, Kenneth Renny made a precise shot to the right of Edwardo Franklin. Bunjil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. During the 28th minute of the match Ned Bowen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ned Bowen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Undera's Ned Bowen got a free kick in the 28th minute. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Brandes Atkin put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rich Cameron. If Brandes Atkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brandes Atkin was the one to do the kick off. 62 minutes into the match, Undera's goal looked a bit too open when Brynn Goucher came free, but Rich Cameron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Meyer Toth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Bunjil defense, Martyon Pearman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwardo Franklin. The Bunjil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwardo Franklin should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Undera getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Kenneth Renny hit a great ball. Edwardo Franklin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martyon Pearman in the 77th minute of play. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bunjil! In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Undera. Mack Schutt stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edwardo Franklin. 1-3. 90 minutes into the match, Undera's goal looked a bit too open when Brandes Atkin came free, but Rich Cameron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalton Allen charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalton Allen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Dalton Allen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michael Tucknott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rich Cameron having to interfere. Brandes Atkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rich Cameron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brandes Atkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Tucknott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rich Cameron having to interfere. Undera were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Bunjil's much stronger midfield.
