Remine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marshall Harding was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Byron Frew struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Bray Woods didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nanneella. In the 11th minute, Alan Cuddihy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bray Woods. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 15th minute of the match Reese Delahide sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bray Woods skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Nanneella's Cullen Knaack got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Olin Ward took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Harding, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Marshall Harding came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Remine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marshall Harding couldn't finish the play. Dacosta Reynolds sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Alan Cuddihy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nanneella's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Cuddihy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bray Woods breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute of the match, Byron Frew got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bray Woods was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alan Cuddihy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bray Woods tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Remine booed when Nanneella was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benney Krause didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Marshall Harding made the kick off in the second half. Bray Woods made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Cuddihy in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Dacosta Reynolds fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Olin Ward, passed just outside the right post. Marshall Harding struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Olin Ward didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Remine. Alan Cuddihy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bray Woods having to interfere. Aaron Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Marshall Harding shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olin Ward saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marshall Harding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olin Ward having to interfere. Olin Ward showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Harding in the 76th minute of the match. Bray Woods showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brockman Beins, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A collision led to Nanneella getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Alan Cuddihy hit a great ball. Bray Woods made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Byron Frew in the 94th minute of play.
