Bray Woods made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Remine booed when Goal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarrett Goodbun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calvin Hardiman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Harding in the 19th minute of the match. If Marshall Harding had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bray Woods made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brock Macinnes in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Darian Slattery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Calvin Hardiman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Harding in the 35th minute of play. Adolph Digiuseppe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bray Woods having to interfere. If Adolph Digiuseppe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Remine defense, Brock Macinnes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bray Woods. The Remine fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bray Woods should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolph Digiuseppe in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bray Woods prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brock Macinnes to make the kick off. Brock Macinnes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Bray Woods made a huge save. After 56 minutes, Adolph Digiuseppe made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Remine's Bray Woods tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Al Munday received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Bray Woods tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bray Woods made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brock Macinnes in the 62nd minute. Bray Woods stood somewhat misplaced when Brock Macinnes came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 65 minute. Remine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goal the free kick. Goal made a substitution. Burtt Bailey replaced Blade Mcneven. The Remine supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Goal's performance. The match ended with a win for Goal.
