Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mark Ludwick kicked off to start the match. Brynn Dowsing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeffers Leach in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Aden Grieve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernie Coleman kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Zack Schoenke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryanne Sinden in the 10th minute of the match. James Obrien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Zack Schoenke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Randle Wright fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Murmungee's protests and gave Randle Wright a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cullenswood booed when Murmungee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randle Wright didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mark Ludwick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute Mark Ludwick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brynn Dowsing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mark Ludwick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jeffers Leach fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cullenswood's protests and gave Jeffers Leach a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cullenswood getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jeffers Leach hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bryanne Sinden got free with Zack Schoenke in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Ben Waters charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ben Waters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ben Waters kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Bryanne Sinden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 58 minutes, James Obrien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Murmungee's supporters crossed their fingers, but James Obrien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bryanne Sinden in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zack Schoenke saved Cullenswood from getting behind. Mark Ludwick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brynn Dowsing having to interfere. Lauder Hogan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brynn Dowsing having to interfere. Lauder Hogan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Brynn Dowsing made a huge save. In the 77th match minute, Cullenswood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeffers Leach to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Ludwick in the 78th minute of play forced Murmungee's goalkeeper Brynn Dowsing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Randle Wright was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. After 80 played minutes Murmungee got a freekick which was hit by Randle Wright. Lauder Hogan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Brynn Dowsing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. James Obrien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zack Schoenke having to interfere. If Irwin Lingwoodock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mark Ludwick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, James Obrien got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cullenswood's Zack Schoenke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irwin Lingwoodock in the 94th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Murmungee had played much better football throughout.
