Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the match, Youth Club's goalkeeper Ed Laycock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnie Carragher. In the 10th minute, Biddle Johnston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12thth minute of the game Edwin Turnbull who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Youth Club's Ed Laycock was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Darrell Erwin during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Youth Club getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Darrell Erwin hit a great ball. Alfred Castner, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Edwin Turnbull succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. 25 minutes into the game, Arnie Carragher cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ed Laycock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ed Laycock was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Edwin Turnbull capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edwin Turnbull really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bock Soekirno during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Youth Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bock Soekirno to maneuver through the defense. If Edwin Turnbull had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After 58 played minutes Bower got a freekick which was hit by Arnie Carragher. Ed Laycock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Turnbull, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edwin Turnbull in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ed Laycock saved Youth Club from getting behind. Edwin Turnbull received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ed Laycock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bower booed when Youth Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Dale didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Turnbull in the 71st minute of play forced Youth Club's goalkeeper Ed Laycock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Edwin Turnbull left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bower fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Edwin Turnbull managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bower's supporters rose to their feet, but Edwin Turnbull was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ed Laycock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Youth Club's Ed Laycock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnie Carragher in the 82nd minute of play. In the 91st minute Edwin Turnbull shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ed Laycock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Bower players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
