Spectators: 6936 (Terracing: 5100, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 70) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zack See took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Eliot Rear reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oliver Finden. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duncan Hicks in the 9th minute of play forced Island of Ferns's goalkeeper Bartholemew Kennewell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartholemew Kennewell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Duncan Hicks's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Eliot Rear fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Finden having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliot Rear in the 15th minute of play forced Minions United's goalkeeper Oliver Finden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Minions United's Zack See in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Island of Ferns's goalie prevented a goal. Duncan Hicks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartholemew Kennewell having to interfere. Eliot Rear sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chuck Chute kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Duncan Hicks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Island of Ferns's Dan Bundy couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Minions United. In the 39th match minute, Minions United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nick Vaughan to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Oliver Finden successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Herman Isaac kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When Minions United's Zack See in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Island of Ferns's goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliot Rear to strike the kick off in the second half. Duncan Hicks scored 1-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartholemew Kennewell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Minions United's Duncan Hicks got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Zack See got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Island of Ferns's Bartholemew Kennewell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack See in the 65th minute of play. Zack See fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartholemew Kennewell having to interfere. Zack See blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bartholemew Kennewell having to make a save. Eliot Rear fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Finden having to interfere. Oliver Finden came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Island of Ferns's Stew Dobbing. But to his dismay, Stew Dobbing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Zack See sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Island of Ferns's goalkeeper Bartholemew Kennewell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duncan Hicks. Herman Isaac got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Island of Ferns's zone, Duncan Hicks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartholemew Kennewell came out of the goal and Duncan Hicks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stew Dobbing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Oliver Finden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
