Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Davey Kuskopf kicked off to start the match. Uralla's Biddle Mccormick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davey Kuskopf in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Uralla defense, Baxter Haeberle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Biddle Mccormick. The Uralla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Biddle Mccormick should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Uralla:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Collie:s goal. Dean Waters shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Collie's Dani Clist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Biddle Mccormick. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. If Davey Kuskopf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uralla's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Davey Kuskopf 21 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. 24 minutes into the match, Uralla's goalkeeper Biddle Mccormick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baxter Haeberle. Biddle Mccormick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davey Kuskopf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baxter Haeberle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biddle Mccormick having to interfere. Eavan Bennett's late challenge caught a Collie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eavan Bennett helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Collie booed when Uralla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eavan Bennett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eavan Bennett hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Davey Kuskopf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Burns Coleman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Davey Kuskopf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Baxter Haeberle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biddle Mccormick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drake Lander in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Baxter Haeberle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Collie fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Baxter Haeberle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biddle Mccormick having to interfere. If Davey Kuskopf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baxter Haeberle struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Biddle Mccormick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Collie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davey Kuskopf in the 77th minute of play forced Uralla's goalkeeper Biddle Mccormick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Biddle Mccormick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baxter Haeberle in the 79th minute of play. Uralla's Biddle Mccormick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davey Kuskopf in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Uralla's goal looked a bit too open when Baxter Haeberle came free, but Biddle Mccormick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baxter Haeberle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Davey Kuskopf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Uralla's zone, Baxter Haeberle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biddle Mccormick came out of the goal and Baxter Haeberle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Davey Kuskopf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biddle Mccormick having to interfere. Dean Waters took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Biddle Mccormick. Uralla's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
