After a rather tough play, Missabotti's Burns Wege got a free kick in the 12th minute. Aron Morse shot a long shot in the 13th minute and a light blocked Dean Caddick hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-0. In the 15th match minute, Missabotti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boyde Natt to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Alva getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Andy Schulzte hit a great ball. Andy Schulzte was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Alva's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 23rd minute of the match Carson Fitzsimmons sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Max Toomey skillfully saved the ball. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Edwards Tongs got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Missabotti's Cornelius Morey got a free kick in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Andy Schulzte lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Dean Caddick. Dean Caddick made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andy Schulzte in the 34th minute. With 39 minutes on the clock, Carson Fitzsimmons commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 38 minutes into the game, one of Missabotti:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 41 minutes, Alva's Aron Morse got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dean Caddick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andy Schulzte was the one to do the kick off. Sam Parryman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Missabotti getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Larry Baptiste hit a great ball. Aron Morse was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rob Keayes's late challenge caught a Alva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rob Keayes helped the player get up and apologised. Dean Caddick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Schulzte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dean Caddick stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Schulzte's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Alva's goalkeeper Max Toomey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Parryman. Alva's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Sam Parryman scored to the left of an out of position Max Toomey, making the score, 4-2. Andy Schulzte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dean Caddick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Edwards Tongs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alva's supporters rose to their feet, but Edwards Tongs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dean Caddick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Alva's goalkeeper Max Toomey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Parryman.
