After 15 minutes, Jayden Hilton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quantong and the Bindle players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bindle booed when Quantong was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jayden Hilton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Jarvis Hodge fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 20thth minute of the game Jarvis Hodge who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quantong's Earle Potter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Stan Tucknott was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quantong's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bindle the free kick. Stan Tucknott hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Jarvis Hodge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bindle's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarvis Hodge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Earle Potter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darell Norden struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Dugald Kepert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quantong. Carlisle Cordrey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Earle Potter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Earle Potter came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bindle's Carlisle Cordrey. But to his dismay, Carlisle Cordrey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 36 minutes into the match, Bindle's goal looked a bit too open when Earl Benton came free, but Dugald Kepert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abbott Algoud during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute Arne Tearle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dugald Kepert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Earle Potter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarvis Hodge, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Jarvis Hodge made the kick off in the second half. Earl Benton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dugald Kepert having to interfere. When Jarvis Hodge came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Bindle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarvis Hodge couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarvis Hodge in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Earle Potter saved Quantong from getting behind. Quantong's Abbott Algoud got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Abbott Algoud off the ground. The supporters of Bindle booed when Quantong was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abbott Algoud didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bindle's Remy Warren couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Quantong. If Jarvis Hodge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Bindle's Dugald Kepert got control of the ball when Earl Benton tried to sneak it across the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Bindle's Jarvis Hodge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Earle Potter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Quantong's Dane Keato got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes Remy Warren shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Quantong's Earle Potter to catch but Remy Warren was lucky. It became 2-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Earl Benton got free with Dugald Kepert in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Jarvis Hodge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bindle's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarvis Hodge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Earle Potter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
