Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Henry Fitzpatrick started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 7 played minutes Altona A.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ike Perandis. Aaron Howarth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hank Munster, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute Andy Orvad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwards Kuch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Orvad in the 17th minute of play forced Lowmead's goalkeeper Edwards Kuch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Altona A.F.C's goalkeeper Aaron Howarth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Myles Obree. In the 24th minute Henry Fitzpatrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwards Kuch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Andy Orvad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hank Munster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Andy Orvad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edwards Kuch. Lowmead's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andy Orvad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Andy Bromfield charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andy Bromfield the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Altona A.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Bromfield to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Hank Munster reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aaron Howarth. The goal made the score 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Keith Fulton sped through Altona A.F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aaron Howarth. 4-1 became the score in the 60th minute when Hank Munster elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Martin Everett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes, Lowmead's Lowrey Tresise shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aaron Howarth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lowmead reached it. Aaron Howarth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Myles Obree in the 67th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Myles Obree's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aaron Howarth was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. If Myles Obree had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hank Munster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Howarth having to interfere. In the 75th minute Hank Munster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Howarth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Herman Muddle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hank Munster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Howarth having to interfere. Myles Obree received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Aaron Howarth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute Hank Munster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Howarth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Howarth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hank Munster in the 92nd minute of the match. When Herman Muddle fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altona A.F.C's protests and gave Herman Muddle a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 played minutes Altona A.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Herman Muddle. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lowmead had played much better football throughout.
