Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Legends's George Markou started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Kale Turner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woolwich's supporters rose to their feet, but Kale Turner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Sparks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute, George Markou fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bryanne Quelch, passed just outside the right post. Edison Johnston kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 10thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Woolwich's keeper Bryanne Quelch was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Legends's Douglas Sparks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kale Turner in the 14th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Woolwich's zone, Edison Johnston stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bryanne Quelch came out of the goal and Edison Johnston tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Legends getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dwight Hands hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Woolwich's Paz Staggard broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Edison Johnston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryanne Quelch having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rick Carnduff in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Sparks saved Legends from getting behind. If George Markou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Markou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryanne Quelch having to interfere. With a little luck, Woolwich's Bryanne Quelch got control of the ball when Edison Johnston tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rick Carnduff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Douglas Sparks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Kale Turner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Sparks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Sparks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kale Turner in the 39th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kale Turner made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Woolwich's Rick Carnduff nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Douglas Sparks made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kale Turner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Douglas Sparks having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Woolwich's Ronald Everett got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute of the match Ryan Loch shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bryanne Quelch showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Markou in the 72nd minute of play forced Woolwich's goalkeeper Bryanne Quelch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Legends's Rodney Kidman got a free kick in the 79th minute. Rick Carnduff's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Douglas Sparks skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 81 played minutes Legends got a freekick which was hit by Ike Hunter. If Kale Turner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Dwight Hands was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legends's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Woolwich the free kick. A collision led to Legends getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Dwight Hands hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Dwight Hands hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. George Markou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 94 played minutes Woolwich got a freekick which was hit by Clarke Oreilly. Edison Johnston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bryanne Quelch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Legends supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Woolwich's performance. The match ended with a win for Woolwich.
