Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when George Markou made the kick off which started today's match. Andy Starling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Douglas Sparks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Starling, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a little luck, Legends's Douglas Sparks got control of the ball when Gregory Winkless tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gregory Winkless received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Douglas Sparks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24th play minutes Andy Starling shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Douglas Sparks and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Markou during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 played minutes Legends got a freekick which was hit by George Markou. In the 31st minute Andy Starling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Sparks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Edison Johnston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Andy Starling came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Hindmarsh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andy Starling couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Gregory Winkless struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Douglas Sparks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hindmarsh. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Andy Starling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hindmarsh's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Starling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Sparks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edison Johnston got free with Dalton Salcedo in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Legends's Ryan Loch got a free kick in the 60th minute. Douglas Sparks came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Hindmarsh's Andy Starling. But to his dismay, Andy Starling quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 67th minute Andy Starling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Sparks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Starling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Douglas Sparks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregory Winkless, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Andy Starling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Sparks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Gregory Winkless left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hindmarsh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The supporters of Legends booed when Hindmarsh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregory Winkless didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88thth minute of the game Andy Starling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legends's Douglas Sparks was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Douglas Sparks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Starling in the 94th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hindmarsh had played much better football throughout.
