Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Aaron Staworowski started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alan Veitch's late challenge caught a Central City Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Veitch helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Andover's Alan Veitch got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Central City Stars's Russell Byrnes got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Buchanan Roach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Russell Byrnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Staworowski in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Preston Monck saved Central City Stars from getting behind. After 11 minutes of play, Central City Stars's Boyce Grandison made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Buchanan Roach was left in no man's land by his defense there! Boyce Grandison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Buchanan Roach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, Andover was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damon Wilde to maneuver through the defense. After 16 minutes of play Andover's Alan Veitch was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 17th match minute, Andover was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Veitch to maneuver through the defense. Clark Maunsell hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Russell Byrnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Buchanan Roach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remington Kennedy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Preston Monck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jarrod Block took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Buchanan Roach. Andover's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Central City Stars's zone, Remington Kennedy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Preston Monck came out of the goal and Remington Kennedy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Russell Byrnes in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Buchanan Roach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 44 played minutes Andover got a freekick which was hit by Remington Kennedy. In the 45th minute Russell Byrnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Buchanan Roach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Russell Byrnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 50th match minute, Andover was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Connor Lovis to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Russell Byrnes got free with Buchanan Roach in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Preston Monck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Remington Kennedy went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 68th minute, Remington Kennedy made a precise shot to the right of Preston Monck. Central City Stars's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 70th minute, Remington Kennedy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Andover's Douglas Lorenz got a free kick in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyce Grandison in the 81st minute of play forced Andover's goalkeeper Buchanan Roach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Central City Stars's Preston Monck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remington Kennedy in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remington Kennedy in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Preston Monck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damon Wilde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Preston Monck having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Aaron Staworowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Andover's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Staworowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Preston Monck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Andover booed when Central City Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre Wilde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Douglas Lorenz didn't quite understand what happened when in the 98 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
