Spectators: 6834 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 0) Convicts's Barnabas Hayman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute of the match Cod Blackham sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Ludwick skillfully saved the ball. When George Hodge came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Convicts fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Hodge couldn't finish the play. After 13 played minutes Harford got a freekick which was hit by Adam Gorham. A collision led to Harford getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Martyon Mcgrath hit a great ball. Navin Magnay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Ludwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnabas Hayman in the 24th minute of play. Barnabas Hayman might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberto Ludwick. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barnabas Hayman ran back to his position shaking his head. Navin Magnay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Alberto Ludwick when he managed to save the team from getting behind. It was beautiful to see Harford's Jagger Brotherton in action when he in the 35th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Convicts's Elliott Baxter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jagger Brotherton in the 36th minute of play. George Hodge hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Navin Magnay got free with Alberto Ludwick in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barnabas Hayman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Harford's goal looked a bit too open when Barnabas Hayman came free, but Alberto Ludwick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kane Roach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Barnabas Hayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Ludwick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Hodge in the 55th minute of play forced Harford's goalkeeper Alberto Ludwick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Ludwick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnabas Hayman in the 59th minute of the match. Alberto Ludwick came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Convicts's Barnabas Hayman. But to his dismay, Barnabas Hayman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Kane Roach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Ludwick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Hodge in the 68th minute of the match. Alberto Ludwick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barnabas Hayman went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Navin Magnay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Convicts's supporters rose to their feet, but Navin Magnay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Ludwick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the match, Navin Magnay notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Harford's Alberto Ludwick. Alberto Ludwick was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elliott Baxter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kane Roach in the 84th minute. Navin Magnay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alberto Ludwick having to make a save. If Navin Magnay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Ludwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnabas Hayman in the 96th minute of play. Convicts were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Harford for a fine match.
