Spectators: 6840 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Byrne Beverley took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Byrne Beverley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Robert Maciver fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beachton's protests and gave Robert Maciver a yellow card for diving instead. Robert Maciver kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Brian Didlick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Wogarl's Barth Wilde broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Beachton's goal looked a bit too open when Byrne Beverley came free, but Andy Meyers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Wogarl's Barth Wilde tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Case Cudmore hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Carl Huther who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wogarl's Abbott Bowen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abbott Bowen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Huther in the 26th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Beachton's Carl Huther nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abbott Bowen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Carl Huther fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abbott Bowen having to interfere. In the 34th minute of the match Roger Franklin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abbott Bowen skillfully saved the ball. If Byrne Beverley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Wogarl players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Beachton were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrick Haeberle to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Wogarl's zone, Patrick Haeberle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abbott Bowen came out of the goal and Patrick Haeberle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carl Huther could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Abbott Bowen made a huge save. Patrick Haeberle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abbott Bowen having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Wogarl's goalkeeper Abbott Bowen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carl Huther. Abbott Bowen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Haeberle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Greenan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Meyers having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carl Huther got free with Abbott Bowen in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 83 minutes, Patrick Haeberle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beachton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Haeberle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edwards Block recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Byrne Beverley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Meyers having to interfere. The Wogarl supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Beachton's performance. The match ended with a win for Beachton.
