A collision led to Albert Shire FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fleming Staworowski hit a great ball. Carl Gummow's late challenge caught a Albert Shire FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carl Gummow helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Albert Shire FC booed when Winterbourne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Gummow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neale Isaac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neale Isaac in the 22nd minute of play forced Winterbourne's goalkeeper Andrews Boneheyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Winterbourne's Andrews Boneheyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darren Blestowe in the 24th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Carl Gummow made a precise shot to the right of Raymond Stockwin. Albert Shire FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carl Gummow in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raymond Stockwin saved Albert Shire FC from getting behind. Raymond Stockwin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbott Hollis in the 74th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Winterbourne's Abbott Hollis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raymond Stockwin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neale Isaac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Andrews Boneheyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
