The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Spoiled Kid Sydney's attentive Ivan Mcgaw managed to snatch the ball when Jared Addison made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Byrne Potter in the 15th minute of play forced Spoiled Kid Sydney's goalkeeper Ringo Chapman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Spoiled Kid Sydney's Adolph Barling got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Dreamers FC booed when Spoiled Kid Sydney was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Mcgaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Bishop Arkinstall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benard Solomon. Dreamers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bishop Arkinstall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 33rd match minute, Spoiled Kid Sydney was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cod Pavkovic to maneuver through the defense. Spoiled Kid Sydney's Ringo Chapman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Byrne Potter in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Spoiled Kid Sydney's Cod Pavkovic got a free kick in the 35th minute. Spoiled Kid Sydney's Bishop Arkinstall got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Spoiled Kid Sydney's Ringo Chapman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Byrne Potter in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Byrne Potter was the one to do the kick off. Bishop Arkinstall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Case Arkinstall charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Case Arkinstall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Spoiled Kid Sydney's Case Arkinstall got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd match minute, Spoiled Kid Sydney was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Case Arkinstall to maneuver through the defense. Benard Solomon made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Bishop Arkinstall sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Bishop Arkinstall got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Benard Solomon came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Spoiled Kid Sydney's Bishop Arkinstall. But to his dismay, Bishop Arkinstall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 91st match minute, Spoiled Kid Sydney was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bent Gledden to maneuver through the defense. Spoiled Kid Sydney made a substitution. Fletcher Behla replaced Randell Munday. After 93 played minutes Spoiled Kid Sydney got a freekick which was hit by Bent Gledden. Tommy Gaines charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tommy Gaines the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Dreamers FC booed when Spoiled Kid Sydney was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Gaines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Although Dreamers FC had been in control for most of the match, Spoiled Kid Sydney still came away with the win.
