Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cole Kuskoff kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes in the game, Cole Kuskoff fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Browne Houldsworth having to interfere. Browne Houldsworth was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Cole Kuskoff capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cole Kuskoff really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Artie Butterworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Craig Clack, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Dalwood Anderson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Chute getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Lucas Bailey hit a great ball. Artie Butterworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Craig Clack in the 28th minute of the match. Craig Clack's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artie Butterworth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Cole Kuskoff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Queenscliff's Browne Houldsworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalwood Anderson in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Queenscliff getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Brand Mackney hit a great ball. The long shot by Eddie Harding in the 40th minute really tested Browne Houldsworth's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Browne Houldsworth made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Davey Hinwood sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th minute, Brye Diehl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Cole Kuskoff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Craig Clack to strike the kick off in the second half. Cole Kuskoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Jake Best hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Browne Houldsworth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalwood Anderson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Chute's Dalwood Anderson in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Queenscliff's goalie prevented a goal. Eddie Harding took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Browne Houldsworth. Queenscliff's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Browne Houldsworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalwood Anderson in the 63rd minute of the match. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Queenscliff! After 74 minutes, Cole Kuskoff made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Queenscliff's Browne Houldsworth tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 77 minutes, Casper Shipman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chute and the Queenscliff players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Casper Shipman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 played minutes, Chute's Cole Paddle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Browne Houldsworth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chute reached it. Queenscliff's Browne Houldsworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cole Kuskoff in the 82nd minute of play. Dalwood Anderson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Browne Houldsworth having to make a save. Dalwood Anderson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Browne Houldsworth having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cole Kuskoff in the 87th minute of play forced Queenscliff's goalkeeper Browne Houldsworth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Chute booed when Queenscliff was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brye Diehl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Queenscliff's Browne Houldsworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cole Kuskoff in the 89th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Queenscliff got a freekick which was hit by Cullen Kanack. Dalwood Anderson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Cole Kuskoff came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Chute fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cole Kuskoff couldn't finish the play. In the 99th minute Cole Kuskoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Browne Houldsworth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chute's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
