Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lucas Bailey made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd match minute, Walgett was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bickford Goring to maneuver through the defense. Chute's Carlton Mills got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Walgett getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gregory Stebbing hit a great ball. Hale Hodson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Bailey in the 12th minute of play. Connor Dearn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Hale Hodson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chute's Tommy Hines shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 22nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Al Fieldhouse but with some difficulty. Hale Hodson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Connor Dearn went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Walgett's goal looked a bit too open when Carlton Mills came free, but Al Fieldhouse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlton Mills struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Al Fieldhouse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chute. In the 34th minute, Carlton Mills fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 38 minutes into the match, Walgett's goal looked a bit too open when Carlisle Bleazard came free, but Al Fieldhouse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Chute's Carlton Mills nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Al Fieldhouse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlisle Bleazard to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlisle Bleazard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Al Fieldhouse having to interfere. Connor Dearn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hale Hodson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Bailey, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. James Paull hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Carlton Mills received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Al Fieldhouse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Al Fieldhouse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlton Mills in the 70th minute of play. Carlton Mills fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Al Fieldhouse having to interfere. When Gregory Stebbing fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Walgett's protests and gave Gregory Stebbing a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes Walgett got a freekick which was hit by Gregory Stebbing. Lucas Bailey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Hale Hodson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlisle Bleazard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlton Mills might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Al Fieldhouse. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlton Mills ran back to his position shaking his head. Carlisle Bleazard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlisle Bleazard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Carlisle Bleazard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
