Spectators: 6833 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1833, VIP seats: 0) Lalla's Bradford Owens started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Bradford Owens kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tobie Missen. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Biggs Wakefield didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jamese Aliendi went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Lalla booed when Apunyal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Russell Laycock didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Karl Kenack from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Tobie Missen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 15 minutes into the match, Apunyal's goalkeeper Tobie Missen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorimer Schoenke. Lorimer Schoenke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lorimer Schoenke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Tobie Missen made a huge save. Lalla's Biggs Wakefield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neville Kile in the 22nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Neville Kile in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Biggs Wakefield saved Lalla from getting behind. Jamese Aliendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Biggs Wakefield tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Russell Laycock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lorimer Schoenke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tobie Missen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Randolph Ryan during the 34th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Neville Kile to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Boyce Willding hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Apunyal's goalkeeper Tobie Missen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lorimer Schoenke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Tobie Missen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russell Laycock might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Biggs Wakefield. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Russell Laycock ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Lalla's zone, Neville Kile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biggs Wakefield came out of the goal and Neville Kile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Biggs Wakefield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neville Kile, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Biggs Wakefield stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Neville Kile's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, one of Apunyal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Apunyal. The referee gave Lalla a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Karl Kenack, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Apunyal's Tobie Missen. 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Lalla's zone, Russell Laycock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biggs Wakefield came out of the goal and Russell Laycock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jarrod Glover fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biggs Wakefield having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Apunyal's Russell Laycock sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Biggs Wakefield narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jamese Aliendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Biggs Wakefield tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apunyal's Tobie Missen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paz Heberle in the 96th minute of play.
