Spectators: 8044 (Terracing: 6034, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Everitt Lyle took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alford Kuskop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randolph Beckwith in the 5th minute of play. Lauder Conlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Earle Shirdon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Joachim Wiking TSS were awarded a corner. Bradshaw Bonnison went to the cornerflag to take it. After 14 played minutes Toulkerrie got a freekick which was hit by Jordon Kerville. In the 17th minute, Antonio Norman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everitt Lyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Earle Shirdon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joachim Wiking TSS's Lauder Conlan got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Toulkerrie's Randolph Beckwith in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joachim Wiking TSS's goalie prevented a goal. Barry Holdsworth charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Barry Holdsworth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Barry Holdsworth kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The Toulkerrie fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Toulkerrie's Dani Tresise looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 38 played minutes Toulkerrie got a freekick which was hit by Long Leydin. Joachim Wiking TSS's Alford Kuskop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randolph Beckwith in the 42nd minute of play. Dani Tresise recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Joachim Wiking TSS booed when Toulkerrie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Long Leydin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Randolph Beckwith made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Randolph Beckwith made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Joachim Wiking TSS's Alford Kuskop tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Justin Toomey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alford Kuskop didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 57th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. The supporters of Joachim Wiking TSS booed when Toulkerrie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Didlick didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Joachim Wiking TSS's Bryant Hodson got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 63 minutes, Dani Tresise made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Joachim Wiking TSS's Alford Kuskop tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Randolph Beckwith reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alford Kuskop. The goal made the score 0-5. Randolph Beckwith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Earle Shirdon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everitt Lyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Toulkerrie's goal looked a bit too open when Lauder Conlan came free, but Earle Shirdon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everitt Lyle's late challenge caught a Toulkerrie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Everitt Lyle helped the player get up and apologised. Everitt Lyle kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the last second Alford Kuskop throw himself and got hold of the ball when Randolph Beckwith in the 84thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Long Leydin during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th minute, Long Leydin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toulkerrie's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
