Lauder Conlan in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rod Goodbun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 4 minutes into the match, Joachim Wiking TSS's Everitt Lyle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rod Goodbun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everitt Lyle in the 7th minute of play forced Haddon's goalkeeper Rod Goodbun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Nash Maciver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haddon's Rod Goodbun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Haddon from getting a goal against them. Lauder Conlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 played minutes Haddon got a freekick which was hit by Nash Maciver. Lauder Conlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Everitt Lyle struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Rod Goodbun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joachim Wiking TSS. Hank Bromfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alford Kuskop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hank Bromfield in the 44th minute of play. After 44 minutes of play, Haddon's Hank Bromfield made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alford Kuskop was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Joachim Wiking TSS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Haddon were winning 0-1.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Haddon's goalkeeper Rod Goodbun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Haddon's Rod Goodbun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everitt Lyle in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauder Conlan in the 56th minute of play forced Haddon's goalkeeper Rod Goodbun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauder Conlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rod Goodbun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauder Conlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Joachim Wiking TSS's zone, Kane Bailey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alford Kuskop came out of the goal and Kane Bailey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kane Bailey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barry Holdsworth kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of Haddon booed when Joachim Wiking TSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Rummens didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Alford Kuskop managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Haddon's Hank Bromfield fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joachim Wiking TSS's Alford Kuskop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kane Bailey in the 77th minute of play. When Haddon's Kane Bailey in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joachim Wiking TSS's goalie prevented a goal. Kane Bailey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alford Kuskop having to interfere. When Hank Bromfield came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Haddon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hank Bromfield couldn't finish the play. Kane Bailey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Alford Kuskop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hank Bromfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Hank Bromfield got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The Haddon supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Haddon would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
