Rodney Mcvey didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Brayden Reilly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kentville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brayden Reilly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Unhinged TokerZ's Gregory Mckinley shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ned Stevens but with some difficulty. Brayden Reilly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Carlton Wilde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Unhinged TokerZ's zone, Brock Morey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlton Wilde came out of the goal and Brock Morey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Brayden Reilly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Crawford Baxter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ned Stevens having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brent Allan during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Clark Stockwin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Brayden Reilly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Crawford Baxter to strike the kick off in the second half. Tommy Trevena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ned Stevens having to interfere. A hard shot 83 in the game by Brayden Reilly from a close distance when the talented Carlton Wilde managed to make a qualified save. Unhinged TokerZ's players were relieved. Tommy Trevena struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Ned Stevens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unhinged TokerZ. 92 minutes into the match, Tommy Trevena notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Kentville's Ned Stevens. Ned Stevens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Brock Morey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kentville's supporters rose to their feet, but Brock Morey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlton Wilde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kentville players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Unhinged TokerZ.
