Bran Rear could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Elliott Anders made a huge save. Elliott Anders made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Bran Rear sent off a good shot on target. 8 minutes into the match, Myrtou FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernie Nurthen came free, but Brye Wenham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Buchanan Rennie kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Best Harkness might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elliott Anders. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Best Harkness ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Relaxmore Deux FC's Elliott Anders got control of the ball when Bran Rear tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Best Harkness in the 21st minute of play forced Relaxmore Deux FC's goalkeeper Elliott Anders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Relaxmore Deux FC's Elliott Anders proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Relaxmore Deux FC from getting a goal against them. Bran Rear kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Best Harkness's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elliott Anders read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Elliott Anders made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Bran Rear sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the game, Relaxmore Deux FC's Brye Didlick nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brye Wenham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Buchanan Rennie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Elliott Anders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 48 played minutes Relaxmore Deux FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvin Stageman. The Myrtou FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Relaxmore Deux FC were winning 0-1.

Best Harkness fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliott Anders having to interfere. Myrtou FC's Roger Grieve got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joshua Howarth hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Best Harkness managed to get in a good position for a shot. Myrtou FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Best Harkness was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliott Anders breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andy Wal's late challenge caught a Myrtou FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andy Wal helped the player get up and apologised. Andy Wal hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Best Harkness received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Elliott Anders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard, long distance shot from Jayden Newham flew over the goal. In the 87th minute, Best Harkness left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Myrtou FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Bernie Nurthen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Brye Wenham made a huge save. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Myrtou FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
