Kentville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burakin the free kick. In the 13th match minute, Kentville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brown Millard to maneuver through the defense. Mevlüt Rüstem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kentville's Ned Stevens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mevlüt Rüstem in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mevlüt Rüstem in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ned Stevens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mevlüt Rüstem in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ned Stevens saved Kentville from getting behind. Abe Magnay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ned Stevens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ned Stevens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mevlüt Rüstem's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 23rd match minute, Kentville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brown Millard to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Humphry Baptiste managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burakin's supporters rose to their feet, but Humphry Baptiste was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ned Stevens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abe Magnay hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Ned Stevens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mevlüt Rüstem in the 30th minute of the match. Darryl Bailey's late challenge caught a Burakin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darryl Bailey helped the player get up and apologised. Mevlüt Rüstem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ned Stevens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Mevlüt Rüstem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ned Stevens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Humphry Baptiste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ned Stevens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mevlüt Rüstem, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Humphry Baptiste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Burakin left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kentville.
