Spectators: 7462 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 162) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bo Riley got the match started through his kick off. Andre Tarrant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 4th minute, Bo Riley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Darryl Rhoades had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barnes Claringbold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Rhoades in the 9th minute of play. Bo Riley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stew Whitsitt having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bremen Prior in the 18th minute of play forced Lambina's goalkeeper Barnes Claringbold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Bo Riley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lambina's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Riley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stew Whitsitt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Laurence Yard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo Riley in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stew Whitsitt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Barnes Claringbold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darryl Rhoades, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darryl Rhoades to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Lambina got a freekick which was hit by Russ Byrnes. Barnes Claringbold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Tarrant in the 55th minute of play. When Liverpool FC's Darryl Rhoades in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lambina's goalie prevented a goal. Bo Riley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Stew Whitsitt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Liverpool FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Bickford Reichelt hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Brown Limmer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stew Whitsitt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 66 minutes into the game, Laurence Yard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lambina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liverpool FC the free kick. The supporters of Liverpool FC booed when Lambina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurence Yard didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Lambina getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jessop Wivell hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lambina's zone, Andre Tarrant stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barnes Claringbold came out of the goal and Andre Tarrant tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stew Whitsitt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brown Limmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bo Riley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 86 minutes, Bo Riley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lambina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo Riley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bradford Brennan hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Brown Limmer took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stew Whitsitt. Stew Whitsitt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 94th minute Darryl Rhoades shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnes Claringbold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Lambina could leave the field as winners, despite Liverpool FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
