Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Justin Mills started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Wellard's Bran Spurr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edison Deeth in the 5th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Edison Deeth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tresco's supporters rose to their feet, but Edison Deeth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bran Spurr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bran Spurr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Czeszejko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Justin Mills notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tresco's Max Freeman. Max Freeman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute, Fleming Mapps hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Justin Mills reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Max Freeman. The goal made the score 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justin Mills in the 20th minute of play forced Tresco's goalkeeper Max Freeman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bran Spurr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edison Deeth, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wojciech Czeszejko in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bran Spurr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Wojciech Czeszejko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 31st minute Wojciech Czeszejko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bran Spurr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wojciech Czeszejko in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bran Spurr saved Wellard from getting behind. Fleming Mapps kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Clarke Whelpton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tresco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clarke Whelpton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Stewart Curtis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wellard's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stewart Curtis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ian Allan lost his temper 39 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Edison Deeth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bran Spurr having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edison Deeth to strike the kick off in the second half. The attack was good, but when Edison Deeth in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 56 minutes of play Wellard's Fleming Mapps was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Wellard's Fleming Mapps got a free kick in the 57th minute. Wellard's goalie Bran Spurr was quick on his feet when Edison Deeth aimed and made a shot towards the top left corner. The goalie picked down the ball without great difficulties. Edison Deeth in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bran Spurr, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Wellard getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Fletcher Hart hit a great ball. Wellard's Bran Spurr proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Wellard from getting a goal against them. Bran Spurr didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tresco's Edison Deeth shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edison Deeth got free with Bran Spurr in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edison Deeth made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 87thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Bran Spurr would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 90th minute, Justin Mills hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bryson Willding's late challenge caught a Wellard's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bryson Willding helped the player get up and apologised. Bryson Willding hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Wellard defense, Edison Deeth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bran Spurr. The Wellard fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bran Spurr should have stopped the shot. Wellard succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Tresco had controlled the match.
