After a defensive mix-up in Chelsea Dream's zone, Ike Erwin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bryce Callaghan came out of the goal and Ike Erwin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bryce Callaghan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carsyn Howarth in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, Chelsea Dream was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jayden Spurr to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Chelsea Dream's goal looked a bit too open when Bray Millar came free, but Bryce Callaghan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bray Millar took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryce Callaghan. Bryce Callaghan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Hal Coldicutt's late challenge caught a Chelsea Dream's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hal Coldicutt helped the player get up and apologised. 21 minutes into the match, Carsyn Howarth notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Chelsea Dream's Bryce Callaghan. Bryce Callaghan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bryce Callaghan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carsyn Howarth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Roger Kennedy fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clanside FC's protests and gave Roger Kennedy a yellow card for diving instead. Roger Kennedy hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Carl Oneill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Carsyn Howarth made a precise shot to the right of Bryce Callaghan. Chelsea Dream's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 41st minute Bray Millar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryce Callaghan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Randle Korff during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Chelsea Dream got a freekick which was hit by Randle Korff. Bray Millar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryce Callaghan having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

If Bray Millar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chelsea Dream's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bray Millar 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. In the 58th minute, Bray Millar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bryce Callaghan. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 62nd minute, Bray Millar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th match minute, Chelsea Dream was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Thomas to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Roger Kennedy notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Chelsea Dream's Bryce Callaghan. Bryce Callaghan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Clanside FC's Bryce Callaghan threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bray Millar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 86th minute, Bray Millar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bryce Callaghan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. After having played for 90 minutes, Carsyn Howarth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clanside FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carsyn Howarth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bryce Callaghan was a little too slow when Bray Millar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 0-9. When the final whistle sounded Clanside FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chelsea Dream.
