Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Byrne Fallen got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to London reds getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Corey Boston hit a great ball. After 9 minutes, Jarrett Jeffress made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. London reds's Brookes Mapps tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Corey Boston cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Paco Giddey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Zackery Lander managed to get in a good position for a shot. London reds's supporters rose to their feet, but Zackery Lander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paco Giddey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zackery Lander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Paco Giddey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarrett Jeffress in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brookes Mapps saved London reds from getting behind. After 28 played minutes London reds got a freekick which was hit by Ben Barling. Byrne Fallens short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Paco Giddey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 34th minute, Zackery Lander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The London reds fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 38 minutes in the game, Byrne Fallen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Paco Giddey having to interfere. Paco Giddey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zackery Lander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Jarrett Jeffress got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jarrett Jeffress stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Byrne Fallen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the game, Zackery Lander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Paco Giddey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to London reds getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Brook Brennan hit a great ball. New Gen FC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 63rd minute of the game, when Eavan Rutledge after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of London reds's goal. Eavan Rutledge was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Byrne Fallen hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Jarrett Jeffress fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brookes Mapps having to interfere. After 75 played minutes New Gen FC got a freekick which was hit by Benny Buckland. A hard shot 80 in the game by Jarrett Jeffress from a close distance when the talented Brookes Mapps managed to make a qualified save. London reds's players were relieved. 94 minutes into the match, New Gen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zackery Lander came free, but Paco Giddey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New Gen FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
