With splendid footwork Dani Claringbold arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-1 by the left pole in the game's 18th minute. After 22 minutes of play, Hackham's Birrell Macumber made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jemmett Jeffress was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Soccer Club 2020's Nathaniel Brotherton got a free kick in the 25th minute. Jemmett Jeffress showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolph Butterfield, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolph Butterfield couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Adolph Butterfield kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jemmett Jeffress. That made the score 2-5 in the 82 minute of play. When Hackham's Adolph Butterfield in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Adolph Butterfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hackham's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
