Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Jaguars Inc's Barney Fasey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lawrence Walsh made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Jarrett Jeffress sent off a good shot on target. Jarrett Jeffress could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Lawrence Walsh made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kelvin Addison during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Jaguars Inc got a freekick which was hit by Kelvin Addison. 1-0 became the score in the 19th minute when Jarrett Jeffress elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some careless play in the Jaguars Inc defense, Jarrett Jeffress kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lawrence Walsh. The Jaguars Inc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lawrence Walsh should have stopped the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Jaguars Inc's goalkeeper Lawrence Walsh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jarrett Jeffress. Jarrett Jeffress received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Lawrence Walsh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Arthur Malacarne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Walsh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Lawrence Walsh managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when New Gen FC's Jarrett Jeffress fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Barney Fasey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Jaguars Inc's Lawrence Walsh got control of the ball when Jarrett Jeffress tried to sneak it across the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, New Gen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Barney Fasey came free, but Paco Giddey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarrett Jeffress sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jarrett Jeffress stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jaguars Inc's Lawrence Walsh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boyde Ashby in the 51st minute of play. Lawrence Walsh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyde Ashby in the 57th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jarrett Jeffress's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lawrence Walsh was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. In the 61st minute Jarrett Jeffress shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Walsh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Jarrett Jeffress ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lawrence Walsh was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Lawrence Walsh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarrett Jeffress, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarrett Jeffress in the 76th minute of play forced Jaguars Inc's goalkeeper Lawrence Walsh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Jaguars Inc's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Malacarne came free, but Lawrence Walsh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barney Fasey kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. New Gen FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
