Spectators: 8040 (Terracing: 6031, Seating: 1849, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antonia Serena started the match with the kick off. Kirby Didlock took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jared Kenack. Jared Kenack dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Nagambie getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Antonia Serena hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edwardo Paddle during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nagambie's Edwardo Paddle got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 17th match minute, Nagambie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Wayland to maneuver through the defense. Dwight Smalley struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Jared Kenack didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elite FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwardo Paddle in the 27th minute of play forced Elite FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Plank to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kirby Didlock who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Jared Kenack when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Nagambie's Jared Kenack got control of the ball when Kirby Didlock tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eden Morey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ollie Claringbold's late challenge caught a Elite FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ollie Claringbold helped the player get up and apologised. Eden Morey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jared Kenack having to interfere. When Eden Morey came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Elite FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eden Morey couldn't finish the play. After having played for 48 minutes, Eden Morey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elite FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eden Morey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eden Morey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jared Kenack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kirby Didlock, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Neil Kean hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Elite FC's Kenneth Plank played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonia Serena in the 57th minute of play. Edwardo Paddle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Kenneth Plank made a huge save. Jared Kenack came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Elite FC's Kirby Didlock. But to his dismay, Kirby Didlock quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Kirby Didlock blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jared Kenack having to make a save. Kirby Didlock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jared Kenack having to interfere. If Antonia Serena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Olin Beverley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Nagambie getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Antonia Serena hit a great ball. Elite FC's Eden Morey got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Nagambie's goal looked a bit too open when Kirby Didlock came free, but Jared Kenack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Antonia Serena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nagambie's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
