If Nero Dollymore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aden Worrall kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Byaduk's zone, Nicholas Maddern stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Browne Muncaster came out of the goal and Nicholas Maddern tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Al Veitch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Browne Muncaster having to interfere. If Al Veitch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Warburn F.C's Lauder Kayrooz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kris Reiter in the 20th minute of play. If Nero Dollymore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kris Reiter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Byaduk's Kris Reiter got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Warburn F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Damian Couzens scored to the left of an out of position Lauder Kayrooz, making the score, 3-0. Nero Dollymore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kris Reiter made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Warburn F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rich Prinsep. In the 55th minute, Bernie Cridland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nero Dollymore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lauder Kayrooz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nero Dollymore in the 58th minute of play. If Nero Dollymore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Couzens in the 61st minute of play forced Warburn F.C's goalkeeper Lauder Kayrooz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Byaduk booed when Warburn F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Markwell didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Al Veitch got free with Browne Muncaster in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Warburn F.C's Kent Markwell got a free kick in the 74th minute. Kris Reiter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauder Kayrooz having to interfere. Nicholas Maddern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Browne Muncaster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Al Veitch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 played minutes Warburn F.C got a freekick which was hit by Kent Markwell. If Kris Reiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nero Dollymore scored 4-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lauder Kayrooz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lauder Kayrooz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nero Dollymore, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Warburn F.C's Lauder Kayrooz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nero Dollymore in the 96th minute of play. If Potter Fynn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Byaduk fully deserved thier win.
