Sidney Goiano might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronald Shipman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronald Shipman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sidney Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sidney Goiano in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronald Shipman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 35 minutes, Alexander Clark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bunnaby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Clark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sidney Goiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronald Shipman having to make a save. 38 minutes into the match, Bunnaby's goalkeeper Ray Schoenke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jarrett Wharton. Sidney Goiano struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Ronald Shipman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bunnaby. Jarrett Wharton took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ray Schoenke. Ray Schoenke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Alexander Clark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Shipman having to interfere. Sidney Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ronald Shipman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christopher Markcrow to strike the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sidney Goiano did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Ronald Shipman 57 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bunnaby booed when Oxford United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarrett Wharton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Oxford United defense, Sidney Goiano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronald Shipman. The Oxford United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronald Shipman should have stopped the shot. Sidney Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Shipman having to interfere. Sidney Goianos short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Ronald Shipman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ray Schoenke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nathaniel Dollymore in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Markcrow in the 82nd minute of play forced Bunnaby's goalkeeper Ray Schoenke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sidney Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Clark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
