Jared Kenack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Glover, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Glover in the 16th minute of play forced Nagambie's goalkeeper Jared Kenack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Richard Glover had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 played minutes Nagambie got a freekick which was hit by Ollie Claringbold. Richard Glover received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jared Kenack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Christian Wayland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a defensive mix-up in Fairylands's zone, Edwardo Paddle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kyle Bonison came out of the goal and Edwardo Paddle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Kyle Bonison managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Nagambie's Edwardo Paddle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Edwardo Paddle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Kyle Bonison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Antonia Serena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kyle Bonison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Richard Glover stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The goalkeeper, Jared Kenack, was totally fooled by Fairylands's Iggi Mcmahon, who 73 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Rolando Paynter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jared Kenack having to interfere. Richard Glover sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Stephan Reiter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Fairylands getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Richard Glover hit a great ball.
