After having played for 6 minutes, Christian Venz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Tammeka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Venz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christian Venz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Doyle Coldicutt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute Christian Venz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doyle Coldicutt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Cornhorns's Bernie Schenck got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Doyle Coldicutt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Venz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Doyle Coldicutt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Oconnell, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Benjy Forrest showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Logan Favas in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22ndth minute of the game Logan Favas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JK Tammeka's Benjy Forrest was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, The Cornhorns's Bernie Schenck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjy Forrest narrowly saved just below the crossbar. JK Tammeka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Cornhorns the free kick. Patrick Oconnell hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Venz was the one to do the kick off. After 68 minutes of play The Cornhorns's Connor Pearman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Connor Pearman hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Marcus Mills sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and JK Tammeka's Benjy Forrest didn't even have to move. Benjy Forrest made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Logan Favas sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Logan Favas got free with Benjy Forrest in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christian Venz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Doyle Coldicutt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. JK Tammeka's Patrick Oconnell suffered a sore thigh after 89 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Bernie Schenck's late challenge caught a JK Tammeka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernie Schenck helped the player get up and apologised. Bernie Schenck kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Arneil Baxter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Randle Bridson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
