Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anthony Tupman got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Peipei United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casper Woods to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the game, Dante Lowes lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Edmund Podowski. Edmund Podowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ozzie Burmeister in the 12th minute. Dugald Crawford was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, one of Peipei United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Peipei United. The supporters of Tulkineara booed when Peipei United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Tupman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Fallen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Tupman in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Peipei United's goalkeeper Edmund Podowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ozzie Burmeister. Ozzie Burmeister sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Russel Cubit was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peipei United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tulkineara the free kick. Russel Cubit hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes Tulkineara got a freekick which was hit by Loyd Cochrane. 36 minutes into the game, Peipei United's Anthony Tupman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Fallen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 39 minutes into the match, Tulkineara's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Tupman came free, but Christian Fallen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ozzie Burmeister got free with Edmund Podowski in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the game, Casper Woods was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peipei United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tulkineara the free kick. In the 46th minute, Casper Woods hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ozzie Burmeister to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Tulkineara were awarded a corner. Ozzie Burmeister went to the cornerflag to take it. When Tulkineara's Jeffers Kaine, in the 53rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Tulkineara. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Lowes in the 56th minute of play forced Peipei United's goalkeeper Edmund Podowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tulkineara's Christian Fallen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Tulkineara from getting a goal against them. Dante Lowes struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Edmund Podowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tulkineara. Dante Lowes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 played minutes Peipei United got a freekick which was hit by Casper Woods. Berne Brandie's late challenge caught a Peipei United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berne Brandie helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tulkineara getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Berne Brandie hit a great ball. Christian Fallen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rob Oreilly, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A hard shot 90 in the game by Anthony Tupman from a close distance when the talented Christian Fallen managed to make a qualified save. Tulkineara's players were relieved. Dante Lowes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Edmund Podowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peipei United's Edmund Podowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ozzie Burmeister in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
