The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Randle Bridson fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Cornhorns's protests and gave Randle Bridson a yellow card for diving instead. Randle Bridson hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 6 minutes, Logan Favas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Cornhorns and the Tulkineara players grew even worse after the yellow card. Logan Favas kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. If Dante Lowes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 minutes of play The Cornhorns's Randle Bridson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to The Cornhorns getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Randle Bridson hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, The Cornhorns's goalkeeper Doyle Coldicutt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ozzie Burmeister. Ozzie Burmeister could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Doyle Coldicutt made a huge save. The Tulkineara fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Tulkineara's Ozzie Burmeister looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 47th minute of the match, Dante Lowes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Doyle Coldicutt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ozzie Burmeister made the kick off in the second half. Bernie Schenck kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Doyle Coldicutt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Lowes in the 54th minute of the match. Doyle Coldicutt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Lowes in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Connor Pearman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Cornhorns's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tulkineara the free kick. Dante Lowes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doyle Coldicutt having to interfere. Doyle Coldicutt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ozzie Burmeister in the 65th minute of the match. Doyle Coldicutt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ozzie Burmeister's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Tulkineara's Ozzie Burmeister managed to work through The Cornhorns's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ozzie Burmeister dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Dante Lowes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ozzie Burmeister in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doyle Coldicutt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ozzie Burmeister fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doyle Coldicutt having to interfere. In the 81st minute Ozzie Burmeister shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doyle Coldicutt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tulkineara's Dante Lowes in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Cornhorns's goalie prevented a goal. Doyle Coldicutt came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Tulkineara's Ozzie Burmeister. But to his dismay, Ozzie Burmeister quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ozzie Burmeister recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tulkineara fully deserved thier win.
