Spectators: 6835 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bath Colman made the kick off which started today's match. Bath Colman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sam Behla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Jack Park blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Richard Durbin having to make a save. Bath Colman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sam Behla having to interfere. Andy Howarth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Richard Durbin having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Andy Howarth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blackened FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Howarth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Durbin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jerrard Simpson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Richard Durbin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blackened FC's Sam Behla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bath Colman in the 22nd minute of play. Brooks Cawthorne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sam Behla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Bath Colman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sam Behla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Stanley's goal looked a bit too open when Jerrard Simpson came free, but Richard Durbin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andy Howarth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Richard Durbin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Durbin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerrard Simpson, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Brooks Cawthorne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stanley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jerrard Simpson was the one to do the kick off. Richard Durbin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerrard Simpson in the 88th minute. Andy Howarth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Durbin made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Jerrard Simpson sent off a good shot on target. Blackened FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
