The referee ignored Taz´s soccer team's protests and gave Olavo Freitas a yellow card for diving instead. Olavo Freitas hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Álvaro Montero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nichol Greenbank in the 12th minute of the match. Cem Alyakut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Álvaro Montero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichol Greenbank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cem Alyakut succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Bryden Trevena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taz´s soccer team's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryden Trevena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthias Digiuseppe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lawrance Awege to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Bryden Trevena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taz´s soccer team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bryden Trevena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 53 played minutes Oracle FC got a freekick which was hit by Philip Bonison. When Taz´s soccer team's Lance Fitzsimmons, in the 54th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Taz´s soccer team. Matthias Digiuseppe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lance Fitzsimmons, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Lance Fitzsimmons came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Taz´s soccer team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lance Fitzsimmons couldn't finish the play. Oracle FC's Matthias Digiuseppe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lance Fitzsimmons in the 73rd minute of play. Matthias Digiuseppe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lance Fitzsimmons in the 75th minute of play. Álvaro Montero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nichol Greenbank in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute, Cem Alyakut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taz´s soccer team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Taz´s soccer team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
