The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Brooks Coote struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Paco Flisfeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doolbi. Paco Flisfeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolph Orvad in the 6th minute of the match. Paco Flisfeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brooks Coote, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolph Orvad in the 8th minute of play forced The Lebo Tigers's goalkeeper Paco Flisfeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Doolbi's Brooks Coote in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Lebo Tigers's goalie prevented a goal. Doolbi were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after The Lebo Tigers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adolph Orvad took the corner. After taking down the ball on Doolbi's corner Adolph Orvad fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Paco Flisfeder quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brooker Peplow in the 12th minute of play forced The Lebo Tigers's goalkeeper Paco Flisfeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Doolbi's Brooker Peplow in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Lebo Tigers's goalie prevented a goal. Edmonds Turner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tom Death in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Doolbi's goalkeeper Edmonds Turner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arneil Prince. If Jeremy Moon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Doolbi's Brooker Peplow in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Lebo Tigers's goalie prevented a goal. Arneil Prince received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Edmonds Turner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, one of Doolbi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Brandon Yard shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After a defensive mix-up in The Lebo Tigers's zone, Brooker Peplow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paco Flisfeder came out of the goal and Brooker Peplow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brooker Peplow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Paco Flisfeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doolbi's Edmonds Turner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Doolbi from getting a goal against them. Lance Glover received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Paco Flisfeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brooks Coote received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Paco Flisfeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Lance Glover came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Doolbi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lance Glover couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brooks Coote made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Lance Glover fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Paco Flisfeder, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of The Lebo Tigers booed when Doolbi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brooker Peplow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ike Millar charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ike Millar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th match minute, The Lebo Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ike Millar to maneuver through the defense. Brooker Peplow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Paco Flisfeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arneil Prince in the 66th minute of play forced Doolbi's goalkeeper Edmonds Turner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tommy Hands fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Doolbi's protests and gave Tommy Hands a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th minute, Tommy Hands hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd play minute Brooker Peplow came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Paco Flisfeder. 1-1. Paco Flisfeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lance Glover in the 77th minute of the match. Brooker Peplow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ike Millar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. Ike Millar hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Doolbi's Lance Glover got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Brooker Peplow blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paco Flisfeder having to make a save. When Jeremy Moon came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Doolbi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremy Moon couldn't finish the play. Doolbi's Brooker Peplow got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeremy Moon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Paco Flisfeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in The Lebo Tigers's zone, Brooks Coote stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paco Flisfeder came out of the goal and Brooks Coote tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremy Moon in the 94th minute of play forced The Lebo Tigers's goalkeeper Paco Flisfeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brooker Peplow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paco Flisfeder having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Doolbi failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
