Spectators: 7163 (Terracing: 6063, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jarrett Fison took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the The Lebo Tigers defense, Brand Schoenke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paco Flisfeder. The The Lebo Tigers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paco Flisfeder should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iggy Kurth in the 6th minute of play forced The Lebo Tigers's goalkeeper Paco Flisfeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Brand Schoenke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Middlefield's supporters rose to their feet, but Brand Schoenke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paco Flisfeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the match, Jarrett Fison dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matthew Markwell, 1-1. When Brand Schoenke came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Middlefield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brand Schoenke couldn't finish the play. Boyce Lunt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paco Flisfeder having to interfere. Paco Flisfeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brand Schoenke in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Iggy Kurth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Middlefield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iggy Kurth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brand Schoenke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paco Flisfeder having to interfere. Tom Death charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tom Death the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, The Lebo Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Death to maneuver through the defense. Jarrett Fison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Markwell having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Middlefield got a freekick which was hit by Bock Adair. Calvin Peterson struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Paco Flisfeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Middlefield. Paco Flisfeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brand Schoenke in the 40th minute of the match. Paco Flisfeder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brand Schoenke's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, The Lebo Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Brand Schoenke came free, but Paco Flisfeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brand Schoenke made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Middlefield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calvin Peterson to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Brand Schoenke kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paco Flisfeder. That made the score 1-2 in the 56 minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Middlefield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Shortis to maneuver through the defense. Brand Schoenke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paco Flisfeder having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, The Lebo Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Brand Schoenke came free, but Paco Flisfeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abbott Collings's late challenge caught a Middlefield's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abbott Collings helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, The Lebo Tigers's Abbott Collings got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 71st minute, Brand Schoenke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boyce Lunt took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paco Flisfeder. Paco Flisfeder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. A collision led to Middlefield getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Damon Pearce hit a great ball. After 83 minutes of play, Middlefield's Brand Schoenke made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paco Flisfeder was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute Iggy Kurth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paco Flisfeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Brand Schoenke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paco Flisfeder was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. If Brand Schoenke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The The Lebo Tigers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Middlefield were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
