Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Payne Frew started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ray Calver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After recieving a nice pass, Beachlands FC's Cassidy Howarth tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Herbert Haberle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12thth minute of the game Payne Frew who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Landsborough's Berry Brady was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15thth minute of the game Ray Calver who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beachlands FC's Neale Peplow was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herbert Haberle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neale Peplow having to interfere. 18 minutes into the game, one of Beachlands FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Carsyn Phillips hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Brown Black managed to get in a good position for a shot. Landsborough's supporters rose to their feet, but Brown Black was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Neale Peplow breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neale Peplow stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ray Calver's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Beachlands FC's zone, Brown Black stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neale Peplow came out of the goal and Brown Black tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Payne Frew recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Earnest Trezise managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beachlands FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Earnest Trezise was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berry Brady breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Beachlands FC's Neale Peplow proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Beachlands FC from getting a goal against them. Payne Frew sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brown Black received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Neale Peplow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Ray Calver made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Calver in the 53rd minute of play forced Beachlands FC's goalkeeper Neale Peplow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beachlands FC's Neale Peplow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brown Black in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes, Carsyn Phillips mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beachlands FC and the Landsborough players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carsyn Phillips kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Ray Calver managed to get in a good position for a shot. Landsborough's supporters rose to their feet, but Ray Calver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Neale Peplow breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berry Brady made an important save on a dangerous shot by Earnest Trezise in the 66th minute. Britton Eicke kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Neale Peplow stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ray Calver's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Brown Black had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Neale Peplow. Beachlands FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brown Black was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Landsborough fully deserved thier win.
