In the 5th minute of the match Justin Sylvester sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dean Smoothy skillfully saved the ball. Brown Black struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Dean Smoothy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Landsborough. Ray Calver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th match minute, Bundaberg RUMblers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ace Brien to maneuver through the defense. Bradford Missen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Landsborough's goal looked a bit too open when Brandon Brennan came free, but Berry Brady reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Landsborough got a freekick which was hit by Jemmett Diefenbach. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Brown Black managed to get in a good position for a shot. Landsborough's supporters rose to their feet, but Brown Black was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dean Smoothy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Landsborough's Ray Calver in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bundaberg RUMblers's goalie prevented a goal. Ray Calver blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dean Smoothy having to make a save. After 30 played minutes Landsborough got a freekick which was hit by Ray Calver. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Calver in the 40th minute of play forced Bundaberg RUMblers's goalkeeper Dean Smoothy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jemmett Diefenbach fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Landsborough's protests and gave Jemmett Diefenbach a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Landsborough's Jemmett Diefenbach got a free kick in the 41st minute. Randall Anders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Landsborough's Ray Calver in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bundaberg RUMblers's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 53rd minute, Brown Black ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dean Smoothy was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Brown Black managed to get in a good position for a shot. Landsborough's supporters rose to their feet, but Brown Black was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dean Smoothy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ray Calver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dean Smoothy having to interfere. Brown Black sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Calver in the 65th minute of play forced Bundaberg RUMblers's goalkeeper Dean Smoothy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Brandon Brennan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remington Willison kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Bradford Missen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Randall Anders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Calver in the 82nd minute of play forced Bundaberg RUMblers's goalkeeper Dean Smoothy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remington Willison's late challenge caught a Landsborough's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remington Willison helped the player get up and apologised. Remington Willison hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Ray Calver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brown Black blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dean Smoothy having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Dean Smoothy successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 96 played minutes Ray Calver rounded Bundaberg RUMblers's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. The Bundaberg RUMblers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Landsborough's performance. The match ended with a win for Landsborough.
