Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kevin Carragher took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Jackson Quinn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Markwell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Carragher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Markwell having to interfere. If Brand Schoenke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matthew Markwell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jackson Quinn went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Irving Lander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Matthew Markwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Brand Schoenke dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Boris Wang, 1-1. If Brand Schoenke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Case Cootes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36thth minute of the game Brand Schoenke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jimmy Pizza's Boris Wang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute of the match, Brand Schoenke tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Boris Wang saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the last second Boris Wang throw himself and got hold of the ball when Brand Schoenke in the 41stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Iggy Kurth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Boris Wang made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brand Schoenke to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Middlefield's Brand Schoenke made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boris Wang was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 55 minutes, Iggy Kurth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Middlefield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iggy Kurth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Middlefield's Brand Schoenke got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brand Schoenke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60thth minute of the game Iggy Kurth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jimmy Pizza's Boris Wang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brand Schoenke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Wang having to interfere. Boris Wang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brand Schoenke's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. If Boyce Lunt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Damon Pearce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Middlefield's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jimmy Pizza the free kick. After 75 played minutes Middlefield got a freekick which was hit by Damon Pearce. Middlefield's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Case Cootes scored to the left of an out of position Matthew Markwell, making the score, 3-2. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jimmy Pizza's goalkeeper Boris Wang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jimmy Pizza's Boris Wang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iggy Kurth in the 92nd minute of play.
